Or even if these folks would have put the 50k down on a 120 house they would have got their 10% magic number and they would have bought a nice newer home in a great area.. 130k is median in Indy that's homeowner areas..

Does anyone have a set of questions or things they think through or scripts or anything that helps them approach, talk to, and close on deals with homeowners when they approach them directly (whether through mass marketing, driving for dollars, or otherwise)?

The county discovered I was renting out my home and property taxes more than doubled (lost homeowner and two other exemptions).  

Luckily I was able to get an offer in for an "affordable" price so now I am a 24 year old home owner!!!

@Chris Rendall couple comments,@Wayne Brooks is correct if it was a Homeowners policy now being transfer to an LLC and used as a rental. 

It’s a solid option to boost your chances of actually reaching the homeowners you’re targeting.
