I know when i travel to hotels ( which is almost every month) I check for coffee pods and will choose hotel that has them  then i bring my own pods LOL  unless its a real high end hotel and they have the ultra coffee makers  do your cleaners know how to clean the water repository on a Keurig?

So the barrier to entry is not as high as traditional investments.

I would highly recommend the "Guns N Roses Method." 

An investor focused agent should also be able to help you determine what the future performance of a property looks like by producing you a nice proforma with budgets and projections.
