The last house I purchased, I called my agent, he inspected the roof (it's Texas, it hails!)

I'm hailing from Hanford, CA, and desperately want to connect with Kings, Fresno, or Tulare investors, contractors, handy-men, ANYONE involved in any way, shape, or form in real estate investing.

It's because of hail damage.

In my opinion, this design would look even better with a tile roof, but I guess with your hail storms, that is not practical?

All the hail damage/storm chaser claims has forced these insurance companies to share the expense of those claims.

Most do because of hail storm 2 yrs agoMust have newer hvac.From that point.Only cosmo fixer or less than 2k for plumbing, electrical code issues etc.It appears 3b is as good as 4b as far as rents.

I got hit by a hail storm in early July and had to replace skylights in all 4 units and broken windows.

Although we did get hammered with Hail last summer and I had to replace roofs but that was an insurance claim and an act from on high.

My neighbor had USAA and was finally able to get them to pay for a new roof three years after hail damage and two years after all of the surrounding houses had their roofs replaced.
