Not that you can't find a good deal in the MLS but the profit margin for a wholesaler will be much smaller.Second, realtors are a possessive lot that viciously guard their real estate market against "non-licensed professionals."

If you are upfront about the fee they won't be caught off guard, plus that will weed out a lot of people who aren't very serious anyways or if they're too cheap to pay $35 for their place to live then that's telling you something.

the old tenants gave me about 60 days notice.I will have to check my old lease to see what it said and what my new lease says (for the future so i don't get caught off guard again).Guess I choose to pick my battles.
