In some markets, going grand makes sense. 

That 12 year decline was a result of the Great Recession (GR) and many markets recovered in less than 12 years.  

I have friends drop 40 grand plus making very little cause of major , take years to pay back yet say I dnt see how people drop 30 grand on a program lol.

I.E Midlothian, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie etc.?

My company is veteran owned and operated.I am interested in working with investors in the San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo and Santa Maria areas, but open to outside areas in California.I plan on getting my general contractors, as soon as I qualify to take the exam, to become an ADU builder.

So she failed, has no documentation and may as well be making numbers up. thankfully its only a couple grand not the end of the world just move on and dont get so wrapped up in it... we all have bummer situations that cost us money it happens in RE ..

A bit of a grand slam, but a friend of mine just did a wholesale deal last month that net a little over $200k. 

We rented one on Lido island last X mas  it was OK.. but being the grand parents we just snag the Master and let everyone else figure it out.. 

When investors start out they're usually attracted to all of these home run and grand slam stories about 6-7 figures in 2-5 years.

Only a few grand and a big upgrade....!
