The reason for the wild swings in bids is: what is considered as part of the scope?

I'm particularly passionate about Multi-Family investing.Outside of real estate, I enjoy golfing, motorcycle riding, and general healthy living.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

I know Branson is known for golf and Table Rock Lake and people tend to snatch up those condos that come with the amenities but I feel like rentals would be limited to good weather only..there has to be a solid percentage of tourists that enjoy the shows and being in town as much as there are people that enjoy the lake and golfing.  

Mid term why did the market swing?  

There is a 5 Star Resort there, golf course, beach, and some tasty restaurants.

Something as simple as handing out golf clubs at the local putt putt golf, or possibly being a waiter at a very high priced restaurant and taking home good tips.

They'd warn the tenant they are swinging by to take interior photos for the owners and you know the tenant would clean up at least 1x 1/4.   

Since 2008, Philadelphia's housing market has shown steady, moderate growth, avoiding the extreme price swings seen in more volatile markets like San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Miami.

Whatever.I was on a real estate investor golf outing yesterday.

If this is a long term hold and you can swing the $300 I think you will be fine.
