The Franchise Tax Board (CA's state tax agency) takes a broad view of what constitutes "doing business" in CA. 

CA Franchise Tax Board is a royal pain.

Go online and check the Franchise Tax Board a d IRS to get detailed info on what you can do.

I am unaware in CA any franchise brokerages operate the way your contract says. 

Remember that each office within a company is basically a franchise, so they can be different from office to office.

Hi @Cosmo Lee, I do not have much to say about the ins and outs of Forth Worth, but keep in mind that if you hold your Texas properties in an LLC (even a wholly-owned LLC), you may be subjected to the Texas Franchise Tax. 

Franchise brokers are switching whole teams to eXp, there's good reason for that.

I thought this place was a big franchise but apparently there's only a few of them.Is there any place like this within a reasonable drive of Foxborough/the stadium?
