I am in Sacramento, Ca and would like to know if anyone knows what alternative measures they are taking with the foreclosures and tax deed auctions since the courthouses are now closed due to the COVID virus? 

In this case, I would think this present situation would exponentially impact small government agencies such as housing authorities not to mention the true fall out of this once tenants stop paying rent and emergency rent relief policies take hold etc...I think they will be inundated for several months from when the virus outbreak is actually contained and starts to contract.2)  I am hoping that the Federal Government will emergency fund the Section 8 program in order to pay for the tenant portion of the rent. 

I will have a vacancy at the end of April and I'm wondering how this virus will affect the vacancy time.

I think Texas will be the first market to recover from the financial impact of the virus.

Virus crisis was only a pin!

I own 2 rental properties that I rely upon for my income as a landlord.With the new virus mandates, tenants can simply not pay rent and there is little to no repercussions to recoup this money or evict. 

Our MLS also just released a specialized addendum adding flexible closing dates should it be required due to circumstances outside of anyones control (i.e. shutting down recording offices, etc. because of the virus).

Is the virus going to kill 100,000,000 Americans or 10,000,000 or 25,000?

All my showings have cancelled and the only offer I got was $30k under asking citing "corona virus concerns."
