What to do with new Virus mandates
I own 2 rental properties that I rely upon for my income as a landlord.
With the new virus mandates, tenants can simply not pay rent and there is little to no repercussions to recoup this money or evict.
What on earth am I supposed to do as this is a main income source for me as a good landlord? Is the government paying me rent?
