You are south of 70% LTARV, you're in an active market and in a good school district and you are not the most expensive house in the area. 

Maybe they can rent an apartment in the district?

These current proposed changes are just effecting Denver for now but are meant to realign with the changes the state made recently, and future changes in other districts in the metro area can often be modeled after changes in Denver properIf you want to make a comment or pose a question it only takes five seconds here

A teacher has to buy within the boundaries of their district with no exception(not even a block as I had a buyer for one). 

Especially in addition to sports stays.A lot of universities have teaching hospitals so you could attract MT stays from visiting faculty or specialists.

Take it up with the Department of Justice and the Federal District Court of Western Missouri.

I’m not aware of major plans for that specific neighborhood, but it does abut and is near very major planned and ongoing developments (Ybor Harbor, Gasworx, Ybor District, Channeside/Water Street).It will garner more interest as more progress is made on those developments.

Dont become house poor , buy in a good school district , dont buy a fixer upper , you wont have the time after work , the $1000 every time you buy supplies , and wont want to live in the mess . 

Properties need some TLC but good price, school district is average, neighborhoods seem good.
