Debt is rarely a factor in their issue. the ultra wealthy I know  with a few exceptions have very limited debt.. to no debt. 

Typically, we see it take several days except in PA because of the promothonotery or whatever its called for taxes in PA.  

Only exception would be if you have a game room or extra living area that is far from the kitchen, then it would be a good idea. 

Another time I sold a property that had no off street parking, because tenants didn't like not having no place to park their cars except the street.

Best place to find this type of funding is in a group where people lend in this fashion which is essentially unsecured /100% financingyou will not find many to do this except those that are brainwashed by gurus who think it's a great idea

Only a couple exceptions exist to their caveat emptor doctrine. 

(I also had to come to CA for health reasons, so I am not sure if that is an exception) - You can use that reason to excuse the amount of time you lived in it.
