But I can definitely help you if you need pinpoint assistance as far as neighborhood selection and accurate rental projection / rates. 

If you don't fall within that category a knowledgeable local real estate agent can be an excellent resource.

I've talked to a few plumbers and even a plumbing engineer about it and they all are a little stumped.That is an excellent suggestion about something to dissolve 1-2x a year!!

Because buying a house in excellent condition and then totally changing the layout can be expensive, especially if it's involving load supporting walls.
