I’m in need of a quality contractor in or around the Evergreen Park area for an upcoming rehab.

I’ve stayed in all kinds of STR’s and had things happen from time to time (i.e. fridges that flooded, large bugs inside the house when the house was in a tropical location, etc).I’ve always just chalked it up to “things happen”, and it’s never been enough to ruin a trip.

Happy to know the mortgage payment will still be covered by basement occupant, that is some peace of mind if there are any surprises from the new applicant.Trust the tropical storm skirted by without causing damages.

Here’s the idea: sign a typical lease agreement with an evergreen clause and the following included:Each month where the payment is received on time, a part of the rent (perhaps $25-50) goes into a separate “incentive account.”

Granted I am not some investor sitting on a tropical beach writing this while I watch my bank accounts grow but I have had some success and considering that I am physically disabled I cannot work as everyone else can.

Areas like Oak lawn, Chicago Ridge, Evergreen Park, Hickory Hills, etc.
