Are folks smiling? 

I have found that going that extra mile, like the couch covers etc and making sure the person with the disability has the easiest time visiting our place.As someone with a disability (I have a degenerative neurological disorder) and use a cane, I like to make sure folks with similar issues have a good time.

If you want to rent the place, it might be for a lot less than a year or two ago, simply because the number of folks looking for a large cabin hasn't kept up with the increasing supply.

Hey @Anthony Sigala many folks might be optimistic about this rule but the "rule" was created during a very specific and particular time in real estate as a way to help newer investors have a framework on how to approach rental properties without going in blind.

Have spoken to other folks lending them money in the past (unsecured, but sold as secured) to Rad and Seminar Solutions.

The same goes for me and other folks who lean towards "yes." 

Pay attention to 99% of the posts on Bigger Pockets, most folks here have very little money.

That is good but there are fewer folks looking to spend over $1000 a night on a place.This all looks like a problem waiting to happen IMHO.

You must be pretty good friends - most veterans (including myself) would never let a non-veteran assume their loan b/c the VA loan entitlement is not restored until that loan is paid off.
