@Adam Johnson Thank you for the advice, it makes a lot more sense now.I was actually just looking at the encapsulation process which seems like a more manageable option rather than the removal.

I know there are other options, I'm just wondering if encapsulating it and having to disclose that there is lead results in a lower selling price and/ or longer time on the market?
