Third best is for him to use an e-commerce store like google or amazon and sell a package there.

I am thinking about how ebay and amazon changed eCommerce space at their early days.

I also have an ECommerce business that I run on the side.

Some predict half of them to be closed by the mid 2030s mainly due to e-commerce. 2 years ago I built a 5 unit strip mall with an additional building next to it that is currently 83% occupied.

The connections I have met on BP have also allowed me to start 2 e-commerce businesses in the past 6 months that have nothing to do with real estate.

Besides my part time job working on a golf course, my only other source of income comes from an online ecommerce site that I created 2 years ago (which generates me around $1000-2000) a month on average and a liquidation business that I have started with a friend of mine reselling returned/used Home Depot items.

My main focus now (age 33) is to continue to grow my businesses, net worth, continue to build a well diversed investment portfolio (stocks, rentals, reits, franchises, brick and mortar, insurance, ecommerce) aquire maybe 1-2 more franchises, and just grow and improve and enjoy raising my kids.
