Typical problems stem from gutters and downspouts which empty right at the foundation, and yards that taper downhill to basement walls.

The area was thriving up until the 70's and has gone downhill ever since.

Even the city itself has been going downhill for years, getting dirtier and less pleasant to visit.

We live on a couple acres with plenty of room to do a bit of farming.I've got several Deere's already, I'd need a little stockpile of fuel and a nice selection of seeds and I'm in business.If the economy really goes to pieces and things start really going down hill, I'm pretty sure I could trade potatoes or corn for Gold or Silver all day long (not that I would though).Food, Water and Ammo would be King, no contest.

I can tell you from experience that once a tenant goes dark and is unresponsive, it is all down hill.

Hate to say it but the neighborhoods are clearly going downhill in Indy since my sister just moved up there.

Moral of the story, the tax treatment that you suffer from starts at the top and rolls downhill toward you.
