Considering how young the industry is I think that platforms want to perform well to gain a strong foothold in this real estate disruption marketplace.

With me not being able to apply for a mortgage right now as I do not want to disrupt the deal on my other unit,  what is the best way to finance this deal so that both of our names can be attached to the property?

We are leaning towards not renewing the lease, but have some real concerns about property damage and disruption in the building.

I know inspections can be disruptive, and I do not want the tenants to become agitated. 

While recent disruptions in the capital markets have increased the cost of capital for investors in some areas, notably CMBS, inexpensive capital is still widely available across multiple platforms.

Retail tenants do not like disruptions in business and moving so will only do it when absolutely necessary.Would only touch regular office in urban core areas.

I'm scared of them partying and disrupting my other tenants.

SA will see little disruption from the oil, its a boon to consumers and businesses.
