Did the appraiser see this issue, then make note of it....or did you take steps to sabotage your financing based on your discovery of the foundation issue?

But I also do not want to be the guy that helps makes this into one of those Discovery Channel show Ghosts stories. :) I think if you do purchase it just show it some respect and not trash all the things that they once cherished.

Once you understand the process I find its fairly easy to navigate but the initial discovery of what needs to happen at what time and how those check points are communicated was for sure a learning curve.

Or maybe I just watch too much Investigation Discovery Channel.But maybe ask an attorney about the legality of changing the name on a lease?
