And then be disciplined with the execution so you work to your deadlines and budget.Credit Card debit would be a much more expensive option. 

You will find one of the things you have to accomplish is to become patient and disciplined. 

It's a disciplined path but nothing good comes quick or easy.

I really believe you need to pull yourself out of your dilemma with a job, hard work, and fiscal discipline.

I'm looking for a discipline for running the business that doesn't let the winnings ride. 

Sure it takes a lot of discipline not to panic and sell during a major market rout but more importantly it takes financial security and knowing that you are not investing money you will need to pay your bills next week.

You're bound to lose deals, so get out there, look at properties, be disciplined. 

I discipline myself to read a chapter or two on books related to investment every day, except for Sundays.

It’s about having the discipline to keep to your morals so you never do it once.
