Take your time to digest it!

Hello all,I'm still new to the forum and have been digesting a lot and am thankful for all you provide.  

Its a lot of info to digest, but lots of good knowledge.  

For a new investor, trying to digest all of the information is very challenging.

This is my first post, I have been on BP for the last year or so, and while reading my daily digest today I thought - I could actually also ask for advice from BPers on what would be the best strategy in my current situation.

Devote every spare moment to digesting webinars past and present on youtube and vimeo.7.

It is typically best to wait for the inheritance.One item to digest, you could ask your parents to refi the property, do the development you want and are care of the loan payments.

I must say that it was very hard for me to digest.

My biggest advice to new investors is to listen, digest, learn and then sit back... ask yourself what YOU want out of life and the goals YOU have. 

I plan to be up for a good while digesting astrategic amount of information on the site.
