Delaware or Texas or does it make no difference whatsoever?

I plan to put up a solar camera on the front end of the garage.

Powur solar does the same and a few others.

I don't really want a separate meter for the ADU, especially since we will have solar/battery installed on the main home and would want the benefit of that for the ADU.

Examples to kick it off: adding solar panels, vending machines, advertising space, allowing credit card rent payments w/ fee. 

In Delaware we are required to give the tenant 48-hour written notice of entry (sent by certificate of mailing) unless they agree to something earlier.
