HD carries their own line of cabinets called Home Decorators Collection.

Then go to a home goods store and charge about $1000 of staging decorations—pillows, Knick-knacks, fake flowers and plants, throw blankets.

@Jennifer Marshall floor n decore in Austin has 12x24 black granite tile $8 EA as well as precut granite counters for 3-500$.

Right now, the leases on my properties start in April, June, August and September, and if I went under contract on anything else in 2018, the lease would start in Nov, Dec or Jan. 

The idea is to stage, to decorate a place to sold it much more quickly.
