I think the extra money spent on new flooring, custom tile work, new cabinetry, and granite countertops took this house to a different level.

Remodeled the property: New windows, refinished hardwood, new kitchen, new doors, vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, quartz countertops.

We did a full rehab, new paint, flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures and appliances.

I am flipping my first property and negotiating with a few vendors to get better pricing (cabinets and countertops etc.)

For instance, what is labor rate to install LVP flooring, installing interior doors, installing windows, interior painting, installing Romex, installing electrical panel, removing PEX plumbing and running new, removing trash, installing cabinets, installing counter tops, installing tiles and more.

What kind of countertops are best?

No granite countertops, for instance - they will be nice IKEA counters.

We will be putting $3,700 down, and borrowing $15,000 over 4 years at 5%, which is 4x the interest rate our relatives make on their savings in a bank CD, making both them and us very happy with the terms of the transaction.After closing, we anticipate ~$4000 in rehab costs to bring this very tired unit up to date, which will include refinishing the hardwood floors, complete repainting, new kitchen flooring, new counter top, new appliances, new lights, blinds, fans, toilet, etc.  

Looking for advice on granite or soapstone kitchen countertops that will look good with White cabinets, Agreeable Gray walls, and a beige-ish floor tile. 

@Enrique Saucedo, I did a substantial amount of remodeling on all of the units.The first 7 units, in Mountain View had essentially the same level of work: New flooring, new oak kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new toilets, new tile, grounding of electrical outlets, sheet rock, paint, new fixtures.
