When you could buy existing 4 years ago for MF and Retail and have it close to full you could have cap rate compression occur with the market cycle and rent growth.

Ideally you would like to see a cap rate that is compressing or going lower as that would be an indicator values and rents in the area are rising.

She signed paperwork that she cannot evict me during that 90 days..now I don't know about if the house sells but it didn't sell..sorry so long winded..I'm just hurt and angry as I've done so much for her and I have 3 weeks to find a place and I have a daughter too and also having major brain surgery for removal of a tumor compressing optic nerve severely behind my eye 6 days after I'm supposed to be out with tons of doc appt in between.
