and for sure I would think BP charges sponsors to advertise on the forum just like they charge to advertise on this forumthey are having some sort of event and the guest I saw were Brian Burke ( top shelf ) and Jeremy Roll ( another wickedly smart dude)  compared to the guru trainers who I really dont know much are anything about so cant comment on them.

What I said in an earlier comment about "section 179 can't be used to create a business loss", that wasn't entirely accurate/complete. 

As far as your other comments, the thread speaks for itself.

Seems like a lot of the negative comments and reviews are related to bookings, advertising, extra fees, etc.

I'd love to learn more about investing in hotels and this type of properties, so please if you have any books/documentaries/any type of resource that I should definitely study before I venture in the wild, comment them below my post.Thank you so much in advance!
