Problem is many have rose-colored glasses and will call a neighborhood C, but it is really a D - just because it seems there is even worse...I think the best definition is the A and B are above the median price and C and D are below.

Your entire price will be based on how many square feet you have as well as color of granite.

If I search for the 14" rough-in in white color, I see 7.

I've tried using greeting cards of various colors, using off season stamps, hand writing the letters, using colored paper, and even putting photos of projects I've done. 

To add some color the home next door is worth about 20-30%% of ours but if we bought today the mortgage payment on it would be about the same as ours.
