I'm currently in healthcare and I own two commercial buildings where my clinics are located but looking to make money in residential RE.

My clinic occupies 4800sqft and I am looking to lease the remaining 2400sqft to a national insurance company with the following terms: 5 year NNN, $22 sqft, $120K tenant allowance.

Forgoing preventative health care and ending up in emergency rooms/urgent care clinics when facing an acute health problem.6.

I bought the house for my wife to live in as she did clinicals in Florida for 2 years.

I work full time at the moment for the Cleveland Clinic in our brand new Cancer Center (pretty interesting place to work).

We are dancing on one now and will see if we have new project this spring.We've been doing a little research and have some ideas borrowed from the building of veterinary clinics on how to "pet proof" a building (e.g. how to contain fluids and mess on the surface) that we plan to test out.
