To qualify for non-recourse commercial loans through Fanny and Freddy you have to have equal new worth to the loan amount and 10% liquidity.

We were told explicitly that they don't want have time to do more showings bc they think a tenant is comitting, and that tenant fell through in the end.

A prudent investor doesn't seek quick riches through shortcuts.

My question is, because my agent was involved in showing the home and made offers for us while it was listed (6 months ago) should I go through them or it is okay to pursue this as any other off market property without an agent?
