I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

Hello, all,I'm looking into purchasing a home to make it into an STR in the Centre County PA area.

The Huntsville/Birmingham market is flourishing because of the job growth and the modernization of the city centre.

Right now a lot of plants are on sale at garden centres. 

The prices are low for European standards, but I am convinced that as long as I stay within the historical City Centres I should be able to make a good profit.Furthermore, I know the market relatively well (I have family there, been there a lot, read about it a lot to stay up to date) and know people who own rentals there for years and years. 

Couple points on the area:Attractions:- Bethel Performing Arts Centre (outdoor music performances every weekend during the summer)- Short distance to ski hills in the Catskills region- Cute downtown area- Many lakes for summer activities- State parks, walking trails are plentiful.Neighborhood/Property:- Easily accessible to major highways- Residential neighborhood, cute streets and plenty of little cottages for summer getaways- Two bed property, spacious outside area, lots of wildlife aroundWould love some tips, suggestions for purchasing and operating in this area.

You would need to buy a property with an existing tourist licence to do this, or have a go outside the city centre/ other parts of Spain.In terms of leveraging with equity from abroad, I doubt it is possible.

Is it worth buying outside the centre of Barcelona i.gBadalona, Hospitalet etc.?

We have one that has separate water runs to each floor, but each unit on a floor tees from the pipe running down the centre of the building ... this required the inconvenience of installing the sub-meters in each unit {fortunately they can be / are read remotely}.
