The problem was I loaded it with "outs" for me...as well as my client (...pending appraisal, title, credit check, income docs, blood and urine samples, etc).

At least as retired as you can get...when you are an entreprenuer.. and investor... and it's in your blood to build, and create...And that's where you get to pick and choose your work...And several years back..

Fortunately, my GC calls the next day; he has been in the hospital with a blood clot in his leg (from driving cross-country on vacation).
