Lowering prime will extend "inflationary" pressures, ironically a recession (a real 1 not covid) would actually be faster than what's going on now, but I don't think that's going to happen.

San Antonio is hot in the summer.I will compare my return on San Diego purchases against any market, but if you plan to buy rent ready, I think many markets will beat San Diego in the short term. 10 years or more out, I suspect few markets will beat San Diego.

I will be at the two year mark in about 5 months.Hopefully, improved supply chains, permitting in the city, and being further out from Hurricane Ian helps new construction in the area, as a whole.
