I've had others who have admitted their boss brought in a document signed by someone else but because the boss vouched for the authenticity of the signature went ahead and notarized it anyway. 

Do interactions with the operator feel authentic and honest? 

I'd do well because of my personality and authenticity.

Personally, honesty and authenticity goes a LONG way in business, personal, and just about every area of life.

If someone randomly reached out to you and said I get deals etc etc you might be skeptical but if they had a current deal in the area, you would most likely feel they are more authentic and that they actually have deals (in other words, you are not wasting time talking to them).

I want to pivot to something that is in line with my true self and live authentically before it’s too late.

It seems like real estate agents have every incentive to overestimate rents and neighborhoods, so I feel like property managers would give authentic information.I'd love your thoughts and suggestions. 

We started using an encryption service at the end of last year of which also screens emails and attachments for authenticity. 

I'm not sure the 2nd can always be sure the 1st note is authentic since it's not recorded, and if loan docs are signed out side of escrow the original note may not ever be in escrow, i think the only thing they care about is the deed of trust since it has to be recorded.I take back my "unfair" comment about the first foreclosing for a the no-2nds default, it's a legal contract so it's fine.
