I have found this to be a helpful tool when comparing different areas.As Greg alluded to, I would take this data with a grain of salt as I am sure they just use an algorithm to create the forecasts.

My assumption was that the Zvalues were both independent and (despite being presumably algorithm only generated) accurate enough to put them beyond any practical challenge.This was back in the 2010 time frame, so it's a totally done deal without issue.

I am sure I can make a few more bucks, but frankly I hate dynamic pricing when I am hunting for a place to stay.I have been told that the algorithms these days are better and that the potential guests see the actual price rather than the lowest possible price before booking and getting struck with a much higher price.
