I have 2 people that I sometimes partner with on real estate deals.I use a CPA because I have a number of rentals and a few LLCs.

I've closed a bunch of loans with Kiavi, Roc, and a few with ABL, I also closed with RCN, Easy Street, Lima One, and some smaller private lenders.I've come to the conclusion that the experience at the lender is not globally good or globally bad. 

One thing you should always look for in life and as an investor is to use your "unfair advantages".

Most successful STR owners I work with in the Pocono's/Lake Wallenpaupack PA utilize only someone to clean, and a few local handymen.

The only creative way I can see (obviously not knowing enough details) is an owner carry with you as the operator and a JV partner as the financial backing.

It is very important that the Wrap Mortgage is written at market terms using a knowledgeable attorney, an RMLO, and a servicing entity.These have risk and I'm not saying a new investor should go out and do them. 

There are a lot of possibilities and a lot of ways to make money in RE.  

People don’t want to share their quiet neighborhoods with renters who don’t value peace and quiet and a sense of community.

I would have internet and a streaming service -I like FUBO because they have everything else but a focus on sports, which can be hard to find on some of the other streming services...They should have their own accounts if they want to watch their favorite series or whatever...
