They need to be adults.

Reston has seen an incredibly fast rise to be one of the major entertainment, business, and residential areas in the country in the short sixty years since its inception.

One question is liability and insurance, also what if the 'adults' (ie couple on the lease) leave and all that remain are the students? 

Will lenders entertain an early-stage conversation about how much I can potentially borrow across a few different properties? 

Research crime rates and choose areas with a good reputation.Amenities: Look for areas with access to amenities such as grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, and entertainment options.

For example, I mention that every adult must pay a $30 application fee, pass my credit/criminal background, make a combined income of 3x the rent, and whether or not the property accepts pets.

Been entertaining the idea of investing in Dayton but I’ve only ever been there a couple times for military training. 

Know that children are rough on properties versus older adults with no kids.  

However, the price is the same per adult (ages 16+) whether or not you’re attending the content.
