A young man in the US asks “is college worth it” meanwhile thousands of his counterparts in China and India are working day and night to try and get admission into a US college.

My damages were never considered nor mentioned, nor were the actions/breaches of the seller  (misrepresentation of the property put him in first position of breach followed by the failure to perform)  So he walks away with a clean title, which by his own admission he had been unable to attain in his years of trying.   

When you see banners like, "First Month Free" or "Move in for $1.00", these concessions are admission that the unit is struggling with competition and hi vacancy rates.

We are investing time a small amount of capital as our price of admission and it's been so so worth it already.
