@Jarrod RoeckerI use tenantcloud and it works for me. 9/mo and they can setup autopay through ACH transfers.

I love working on houses, meeting new people, and am currently involved in the medical field, with the goal of focusing in family medicine while doing real estate finance / investing simultaneously (can be a heavy load, but I'm learning to be tenacious).

I’m curious because I’m tired of collecting rent in cash, face to face... i also don’t want to pay a property manager There are dozens of property management software that are cheap that allow online payments via ACH, credit card, and others.

I just moved to using Cozy (automatic charges ACH for late fees) and will actually be decreasing my deposit to 75% of the rent so it's clear when they have not paid their rent and cannot just simply substitute the deposit for rent.
