If you’re looking for service over the course of a loan, for example, if you have a problem and need an accommodation, then you need someone who cares.

If landlord is willing to go out of their way to help tenant by  accommodating bi monthly payments, landlord should be compensated for it. this comes in the form of money.

First thing, Make sure the water provider in that specific area can accommodate your needs before you invest too much time and money.

They won't all need special accommodations. 

Depends on the size of your 1031 though, since most will have very high minimums for accommodating a 1031 TIC structure.

This place was presented as a luxury accommodation.

House hacking is an AMAZING way to get started and I highly suggest it if your situation can accommodate. 

Get an extra job, live in the cheapest possible accommodations, put your head down until you have 3-5% to put down (plus some reserves) on a house hack. 

This would allow us to just rent the condo without placing any financing on it, or to 1031 the funds from the sale of the condo and still have the needed funds to complete the work on our homes to accommodate them.

Is there parking to accommodate them, will they disturb neighbors that may not like the idea, are you in an HOA which may have rules agains this?
