What happens if the situation worsens and the tenant squats for 6 months during an eviction and then doesn't have any money even if you win judgment for rents owed?

When prices go up, you blame politicians for your worsening financial situation.

From what I can tell, flood insurance will only worsen with the increased incidences of flooding from rain, storms, etc.

I was okay with that for the appreciation and equity gain.The economy continued to worsen so the plan then changed to put 5% down and move into it so I could be more liquid. 

Then, I underwrite as if conditions will significantly worsen. 

the flood problems will worsen in the future.And lastly, new provisions will be added to the flood insurance regulations whereby you might get one insurance settlement, but be ineligible for any future insurance claims on that property. 

I would to to fill/repair with some kind of epoxy that roughly matches color in large part to strengthen those cracks and prevent them from worsening and then cover the center of the stairs with a carpeted runner.

Medicare and Medicaids financial issues are worsening/not getting fixed.Now thisQuestion is(or not) who is going to pay for this?

So that I can try to fix the problem and then consider underpinning if the problem worsens. 

For tenants stuck in the Rental Trap, this situation will only worsen and the pool of renters with good credit will  decrease.
