. - Create a personal website - hosting and domain names are pretty inexpensive - you can then just use a simple wordpress theme (youtube has many videos on making a simple site) or pay someone to build one for you (this can get expensive if you have to pay someone) - Give a card to everyone - in line at the grocery?

WordPress is also thought of as a community of people with a lot of support forums.

Bluehost has a link for you to use wordpress to find a theme download info and start editing your site.

Classified ad sites post their results in about 24 - 48 hours.Youtube videos go live and rank in about 15 minutes, ( if you tag them right)Craigslist - can be iffy - but will rank their posts on Google in about 3-4 days.If I had something I wanted to rent I would seriously build my own site and hook up a wordpress system to it and let it rank in about 3 days.

I would guess there are several Wordpress plugins that will do this for free.

I just went through this and decided that wordpress is by far the best option giving all the additional features.  

Personally, I would recommend setting up a wordpress blog/youtube channel and start documenting your journey to learn & earn $5k per month.

But looking at it, it might just be a wordpress single property theme (not a plugin). 

That piece of crap is the ugliest, simplest WordPress free template website you can think off..NBUT the pictures are sharp, and it looks clean credible.You need a picture of you, your crew, your houses you flip.You need an amzing how it works page.
