The chances of you being able to purchase your own primary residence loan is very, very low, the chances of you purchasing your loan with a substantial discount is up there with sitting down and having tea with Ben Franklin and Elvis at the same time next Tuesday...zero.

Two problems we've had with acrylic that were combined with the tub surround... tenant burning tea light candles on the soap dish burned a hole in the surround and another tenant couple (both overweight) who enjoy taking showers together caused the tub and surround to flex so it became detached from the wall.

Breaking even is a tough term because all those properties are negative cash flow so yes they paid in every month but also ended up way better in the end.Its not my cup of tea and I think its risky but if you have reserves, can wait and are right on the market it can work out.
