I didn't like the exchanges being hacked, didn't like the concept of cold and hot storage, 6 word passkeys layers on additional passwords, and those cold storage devices.I actually like my money as digits on a screen, partnerships, and physical real estate.

The solution is to location the meters as close to the billed unit as possible (or even inside) but sometimes that's not convenient because the return and supply lines are on opposite sides of the building whereas you could easily put the meter right next to your boiler / zone valves where all of the pipes are easily accessible.As for cost per BTU, with oil, you keep a rolling average of the price per gallon in your tanks and divide the BTU's used by 138,500 (BTUs contained in a gallon of heating fuel).

Only tech and big business with cash can survive.i am actually still bullish to syndication but only for niche selective asset class like warehouse or self storage, as common industrial trends are going towards more consolidation of business.... and their IRR is still 20-30% conservatively.But yea in MF there's no creativity, they are selling the same Kentucky Fried Chicken,Alabama fried chicken, with almost no creativity and no innovation.In general I think we could hold that true of the lack of innovation business wide the last many years. ai is a great example.
