Is it steel or copper?

So does sophisticated investor mean "everybody on the planet other than accredited investors" or are there other requirements.If i'm understanding correctly I would scour bigger pockets forums, find the people talking about syndication, contact them directly to ask if they have x of 35 slots remaining for sophisticated investors, then put in 100,000 and collect 8% a year on it.I dunno for me personal i'd rather use the 100,000 for a leveraged investment townhouse or something in the neighborhood of the new amazon HQ2.Also makes me wonder where do accredited investors go to find a directory of these offerings to jump in to?

I keep the cylinders and associated keys (in the same type of envelopes that Landlord Locks delivered them) in the 4x4 slots. 

These travelling workers are contractors, the guys you see working on the large upright structures of steel at a petrochemical refinery and nitrogen fertilizer plant. 

Some new bathroom fixtures were added and the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are new.

In this hypothetical situation, the person filed a false claim to hold on to this large amount of money in hopes that no one would not fight back as some people don't want to get involved with the legal system, but little do they know there is a legal team lined up like the steel curtain.
