You can see your booking.com listing easily by going into the portal and clicking on listings and scrolling all the way to the bottom of any listing and clicking on the logo. 

It has the ability to set up custom workflow, manage documents (including a doc portal for borrowers to upload), servicing management, auto-document generation, and email templating for streamlined communications with vendors like title and escrow, insurance agents, borrowers, and investors. 

I would go to FEMA's flood map site (https://msc.fema.gov/portal/home) and make sure you are in a flood zone.  

Hello Tosin, professionally we use Appfolio for our tenant portal.

One of my property managers does not post a PDF copy of the lease with the tenant on my owner portal. 

When trying to add it back the link does not link to the payment portal.

Here is the timeline. 8/18/19: Submit the application to F&G.8/19/19: Received welcome email with login/pass to portal.

Tenant moved in on 3/19/24 while I was still waiting for their signed payment contract and I actually just docusigned the payment contract and uploaded our signed lease to the portal today.

They try to work it out with the tenant amicably, but end up getting the bad end of the deal.Go with @Alexander Szikla's advice without delay.Tenant make payment through their online portal, which bars partial payments.
