Coal miners are rough, scratch that, VERY VERY ROUGH on their housing - same as oil workers. but if their employers are fitting the housing bill, you can charge them for maintenance.

If the well is dry you are drilling deeper, if the well is not making water like it use to it could just be screen is clogged with minerals like iron or calcium and would need a chemical treatment to open the screen along.

That one might have a blockage from minerals, sediment etc and might not longer be effective and it appears to be a loss of water pressure when its really just a blocked up shower head.

Tennessee does not allow land trusts so I won't be creating those here but my goal is to pick up auction or FSBO properties that would be good farm land or even nature conservancy easement potential land, grazing land, mineral rights, etc..as I start out, especially in my region.

Real estate investing started for me in the middle of the South Pacific digging for precious minerals on the sea floor, we had several months offshore and I had picked up a copy of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” at the airport in Australia, I had also picked up a Men’s Health.
