Have you ever looked into joining a mastermind group versus just having a mentor?

I've invested in a number of mastermind groups to build a system where I spend 2 hours/week max to manage my vacation rental (which is 2.5 hours away) which generates me a 20% cash on cash return AND my wife, son and I use it at least once a month. 

For me, the answer is Mastermind

Though this is a steep commitment, they don't charge anything up front, and they have 15+ years in the business, have a license, and are part of an East Coast Mastermind Group that does continual market analysis research.

I'd love to connect and maybe start a Mastermind group over zoom.

A mastermind meeting in the Netherlands would be greatly appreciated.

When I hear people describing Mastermind groups, they sound like what you're describing. 

I know I'm coming with my mastermind group, and have at least 5 people coming down from NJ. 

If not, do you know of any other REI groups/conference masterminds specially for/by women?
