I have an acquaintance that owns a beautiful winery themed wedding venue surrounding by rolling hills 45 min east of the Twin Cities.

Our goal for the property is to turn it into a popular Airbnb location as well as a destination wedding venue.

It is always free, we just ask that everyone orders food and drinks to support the venue. 

I’d add the gurus you speak of are excellent at self promotion much like other highly successful people in different venues. 

My boss said we should run the handyman and property manager business together so i can make money but when in reality it will only make him money. should I run the property managment under my business which is wine country venues and events as i am an event planner.

New venue in 2021 so I no longer participate but a good resource of investors, lenders, contractors, bird dogs, information and ideas.

There is also a lot of building going on including an Ice Hockey facility which will also double as a concert venue, Surf park resort, Disney owned residential community, and on.

Direct mail (don't do that), cold calling (don't do that), Bandit signs (definitely don't do that).What I am suggesting here, is for you to pick a markeitng venue that makes logical sense.None of the ones listed above makes any sense.The first thing you need to do is be ready when a potential lead does hit you.Mind you..
