I believe the casinos are not really attracting a lot of attention anymore, so that probably means less employment in that area versus the last 5-10 years.

I own 4 acres right across from the Graton Casino and am working with Rohnert park on a mixed used resi commercial plan.. they need housing. but as you know in that area its just SO expensive to get the dirt ready for vertical and the building permits and systems development fee's are off the charts.Even here in Portlandia.. 

It would be similar to running to the Casino and playing a single hand with all your money.  

Also, of course cashflows.I'm leaning towards a 2-3 bedroom town home in the area just north about the South Point Casino, mainly for the free way access to get to and from the southwest and the strip easily.Send me what you guys have!

Strip Malls, Casinos, Film Studios, Production Houses, Schools, Tech Companies, Start-ups and even Vacation Resorts, Apartment Complexes and even islands).  

Just a laid back midwestern town, close to base, turnpike, casino, and surprisingly, came well rated this year in their school system.

Seems like the economy is dying here as the casinos die and the investors are few and far between.

Schenectady seems like a great area to invest in if the casino gets passed.

Or just walk away, keep my money and look for other games to play at the casino?

Put the money in cash so you don't lose money in the Wall Street casino.
