In New Jersey, if you are a first-time investor, which counties have the greatest job growth?

I faced the same problem here in Jersey City, NJ when my girlfriend and I bought last year. 

As someone originally from New Jersey, I am interested in returning to the East Coast and investing closer to home.

My primary residence is central PA but split time between New Hampshire, Central PA, Central Jersey, and NW PA.
